Reread - ‘Superheroes – All Sorts’

Answer questions about the text.

Use conjunctions in sentences to explain choice and preferences.
Wednesday Day 3 – Multiplication by counting in 2s, 5s and 10s, including on the penny line.

Writing and phonics - Discuss and apply spelling rules in relation to -ing words. Create a fictional superhero character.

Thursday Day 4 – Sort objects into lists and tables (curved and straight lines/sides).

Writing and phonics - Rehearse superhero powers as action words ending -ing.  Create a fictional super-villain character.

Friday  Day 5 – Name and sort 3-D shapes (curved and flat faces).

Using speech bubbles, write the dialogue between a superhero and a villain.
